Wie reinige und pflege ich das Brett richtig?
Nur per Hand mit milder Seife und warmem Wasser reinigen; verschmutzte Stellen sofort entfernen, danach stehend trocknen lassen. Alle paar Monate mit lebensmittelechtem Öl behandeln.
Wie reagiert das Brett auf Messerhiebe?
Obwohl Eiche robust ist, können bei härteren Materialien wie Knochen oder sehr harten Stücken leichte Kerben entstehen. Messer sollten regelmäßig geprüft und geschärft werden.
