1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the "wood & more" online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The product presentations in the online shop do not represent legally binding offers but serve as a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after submission and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm the order in a second email or by dispatching the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during the ordering process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. If a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer promptly. Delivery times are specified individually during the checkout process.

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply to the products offered in our shop. Our liability for contractual breaches and tort is limited to intent and gross negligence.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The laws of Germany shall exclusively apply to contracts between you and us.
