We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from “wood & more.” You have the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason if you are not satisfied with the product. The return period begins upon receipt of the goods.

• Customized or personalized items made to customer specifications are excluded from return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Within Germany: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Outside Germany: The customer bears the return shipping costs for international returns.

4. Refunds
