
Loving grilling tips and BBQ trends 2025
Every year I resolve to enjoy the barbecue season even more. To try out new recipes, perfect old techniques and maybe bring a few BBQ trends from around the world to Germany. And then? Then time passes, I make the same classics again and in the fall I'm annoyed that I wasn't braver.
Not this year!
2025 will be different. This year there is a BBQ bucket list - a list of barbecue ideas that absolutely have to be implemented. And don't worry, it's not just about complicated projects. Some things are so simple that I wonder why I haven't done them long ago.

- Asado & fire plate grilling â the open fire is back! Argentinian asado, large pieces of meat over embers â that is BBQ in its original form.
- Yakitori & Binchotan Grilling â That small but incredibly hot charcoal makes a huge difference.
