Preparation:

Roll up the bacon and attach it to the toothpicks.
Cover the baking dish with about 1.5 cm of grated Gouda.

Grilling:
Prepare the grill for 180 degrees indirect heat.
If possible, place a second deflector plate under the baking dish.
Grill the drumsticks for about 45–60 minutes until they are nicely juicy.

Preparation:
Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and chop them finely.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the chopped mushroom stems, and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
Remove from heat, stir in the soft cheese, cream cheese, and chopped pecans. Season with salt and pepper.
Generously fill the mushroom caps with the filling.
About 15 minutes before the drumstick grilling time is up, place the mushrooms in the indirect heat and bake until golden brown.

Ich bin begeistert von diesem Brett aus einem Stück Eichenholz. Es ist sehr gut verarbeitet, liegt top auf der Arbeitsfläche auf und man kann es wirklich von beiden Seiten nutzen. Die 4cm Dicke ist genau richtig und macht Eindruck. Ich bin schon am überlegen, ob ich die Konsole nachrüste. Auf Rückfrage ist das möglich.
