1. Preparation of the ribs:

  • About 2 hours before cooking, season the ribs generously with Magic Dust Rub - this allows the spices to soak in nicely and give them the typical BBQ flavor.

  • 6 garlic cloves , crushed
  • 3 apples , quartered
